Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.
A later check-out is possible upon request (for a fee from 11:00 a.m. at EUR 10.00 per hour, however only until 4:00 p.m. at the latest).
Is early check-in possible?
Early check-in is possible subject to availability. To guarantee early check-in, it is necessary to book and pay for the previous night. Otherwise, you are welcome to store your luggage with us at any time and access your room from 3:00 p.m.
Is late check-in possible?
Yes, the reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

Yes, dogs and cats are allowed. A fee of EUR 10.25 per pet per night applies.

A public garage (Votivpark Garage) is located two minutes away. We offer our guests a special rate for this garage. The special rate is EUR 30.00 per 24 hours and is payable directly at the reception.

Yes, directly in front of the hotel.
Is there a bus parking space at Hotel Regina?
Directly in front of the hotel there is a loading zone for a coach to stop and allow guests to board and disembark. Next to the hotel there are 2 bus parking spaces, which are public and cannot be reserved (first come, first serve). The nearest bus parking areas are at Schwedenplatz or Rathaus (subject to a fee).

Hotel Regina in Vienna offers partially barrier-reduced access, but no fully barrier-free rooms.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Some rates offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival, depending on the room rate booked.

Which payment methods are accepted at the hotel?
Cash in euros and all common debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, China UnionPay and JCB.
Do we need to leave a deposit upon arrival?
EUR 30 per room is required upon arrival either in cash or by credit card as a guarantee.

Baby cots are available free of charge upon request in Superior Rooms.
An extra bed is available for a surcharge of EUR 70.00 per night and is only possible in the Superior category. All persons already included in the booking receive a bed or extra bed at no additional charge.
What sustainable or regional values does Hotel Regina follow?
The hotel places great importance on regional and organic products, especially at breakfast.
Bed linen and towels are supplied by the company Salesianer. Their organic Fairtrade cotton is grown by small farmers on ecologically managed fields, free from genetically modified seeds and without the use of hazardous pesticides.
Are there family rooms at Hotel Regina?
The Superior Rooms are ideal for families and feature a double bed and a sofa for children (max. 2 adults + 2 children).
Does Hotel Regina have connecting rooms?
No, the Hotel does not have connecting rooms.
Are there allergy-friendly rooms at Hotel Regina?
Yes, our synthetic bedding is suitable for allergy sufferers, and there are rooms with parquet flooring instead of carpet.
Are there quiet rooms at Hotel Regina?
Yes, quiet rooms are located facing the inner courtyard or the Votivpark.
Are there rooms with a view at Hotel Regina?
Yes, there are rooms with views of the Votive Church, the city center, or towards Währinger Straße.
Are there smoking rooms at Hotel Regina?
No, all rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire hotel. Failure to comply will result in a penalty charge.
Can I purchase concert or sightseeing tickets directly through the hotel?
The reception will be happy to assist you with booking concerts, opera or theater performances, as well as hop-on hop-off bus tickets.
Does Hotel Regina offer laundry service?
The hotel offers a laundry service for a fee via an external laundry. Please contact the reception on weekdays before 9:00 a.m.
Is there an iron/ironing board in the room?
Irons and ironing boards are available upon request between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Please ask directly at the reception.
Can I get a toothbrush, razor, comb, shoehorn, or sewing kit at the hotel?
Yes: toothbrushes, disposable razors, shoehorns, and sewing kits are available at the reception.
Can I borrow an adapter at the hotel?
Yes, various adapters are available. Please ask at the reception.
Are slippers available at the hotel?
Yes, slippers are available in all rooms.
Are bathrobes available at the hotel?
As we do not have a pool or spa area, bathrobes are not automatically provided in the room. Upon request and subject to availability, we can provide a bathrobe.

When is breakfast served at Hotel Regina?
Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
How much does breakfast cost at Hotel Regina?
The breakfast buffet costs EUR 26.00 per person per day. In some room rates, breakfast is included. If not, it can be added during the stay (exception: Christmas and New Year’s Eve – only upon request).
Can my friends/family who are not staying at the hotel also have breakfast at the hotel?
Subject to hotel occupancy, please inquire at the reception.
What is included in breakfast and how is it offered?
The hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet with cold and warm dishes, regional and organic products. There is a wide selection of juices, jams, honey, yogurt, cold cuts and cheese, various pastries, different types of muesli, rolls, fruit, vegetables, spreads, egg dishes, cakes, tea, coffee, and much more available daily.
Are gluten-free baked goods, lactose-free or vegan milk products available?
Gluten-free baked goods are available upon request from the service staff. A milk alternative (soy or oat) is available. For further vegan products, please contact the hotel in advance.
Does Restaurant Roth also offer vegetarian dishes?
There are several vegetarian dishes on the menu.
Is it possible to heat up my own food at the hotel?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to heat up brought-in food, with the exception of baby food.
Which restaurant is available at Hotel Regina in Vienna and what are the opening hours?
The Restaurant Roth – Bar – Café (Währinger Straße 1, 1090 Vienna) is
open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and offers hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Exceptions apply on public holidays and New Year’s Eve.
Can I order food and drinks from the restaurant to my room?
Yes, daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Room service surcharge: EUR 2.50 per order.
